The members of the elected Executive, Colleges, First Nations and Regional Representatives, act as the voices of UNBC Graduate Students on many University and Senate Committees.

- Officially represents the society
- Responsible of maintaining relations with UNBC administration, faculty/staff, and NUGSS
- Supervises the other members of the executive council and the office administrator
- Signing officer of the society
- Calls regular meetings of council, and serves as meeting chair
- Performs other duties as required for the smooth running of the society

- Assumes the duties of the president when he/she cannot perform such duties
- Acts as point of contact for the society’s health care broker/in charge of the maintenance of the plan
- Liaison for all regional campuses

- Keeps all financial records of the society in compliance with the Society Act
- Provides an annual budget, and quarterly statement
- Provides a year end financial report at the AGM

- Continually advocate for accessible and best possible computing services for graduate students
- Liaison between members and CTS at UNBC
