The Prince George Public Interest Research Group, the Northern Women’s Center, and the Northern British Columbia Graduate Students’ Society have collaborated to giveaway three free Diva Cups to raise awareness of period poverty, not only in Universities, but nationally. Period products are a basic necessity, but if you’re living in poverty— or vulnerable in other ways— access to tampons, pads, cups or period underwear, can be challenging. To learn more about this issue visit www.periodpromise.ca.

Throughout this campaign we will be sharing infographics that raise awareness of the necessity to provide free period products on all UNBC campus’ and in all public washrooms.
